IDS  MAS collects and stores barcode MAS90/MAS200 data required for attendance, labor cost, inventory, purchase and shipments records using barcodes and scanning devices as the transaction occurs on the shop floor. Records are automatically transferred to MAS90/Mas200 software in a real time, daily or weekly batch import process. Current attendance time,  labor time hours, inventory issues and shipments are proceesed on a real time bases and available for real time reporting. Record attendance times  are rounded to exact company pay policies. Labor hours are balanced to attendance hours. Both attendance hours and labor hours can be presented to a supervisor for approval prior to MAS90 / MAS200 update.  

Using the MAS90/MAS200 Bar Code Master Module and IDS Barcode Interface, users can conduct a whole range of Inventory  and labor transactions on a fixed station and/or handheld portable barcode readers such as Physical Counts, Issues (including to jobs), Transfers, Receipts, and Sales (including to jobs). They can also do PO Receipt of Goods transactions and Shipping Invoice Data Entry transactions for Sales Orders. Readers prompt the operator for transaction type, and required data and via RF terminals After transactions are collected on the Handheld Computer, files are transferred to the PC Communicator and are ready for import into MAS90/MAS200
